Applying for the Grant of Probate, collecting and distributing the assets
Fees are charged at £200 plus VAT per hour.
All quoted prices exclude VAT. Unless otherwise stated, VAT will be charged at the current rate of 20%.
We would estimate our costs in administering a relatively straightforward estate (i.e. where there is a property and several bank accounts all in the UK) would be between £3,000 to £10,000.
The exact costs will depend on the individual circumstances of the matter. For example, if there is one beneficiary and no property, costs will be at the low end of the range. If there are multiple beneficiaries, a property and multiple bank accounts, costs will be at the higher end.
