Bhupendra is a specialist family lawyer and a member of a national family solicitor organisation known as Resolution. He subscribes to its code of conduct with its main principle being that family disputes should be resolved by agreement whilst contested court proceedings should be a last resort. Bhupendra is also an accredited member of Resolution and therefore a recognised expert in the field of family law.
Bhupendra is also a trained Collaborative lawyer. Collaborative law is an innovative way to resolve family disputes by looking at solutions which are beneficial to the whole family and not just the parties. This is achieved by having a series of round table meetings between the parties and their solicitors to find a holistic solution and a commitment not to issue court proceedings.
Away from the office Bhupendra is a family man with a wife and 2 sons. His main passions are football and his charity work. He is a prominent member of a local temple charity.
