Personality:
Civil Litigation is a combination of the application of the rules of natural justice: such as the right to have your claim heard before an independent adjudicator, the right to be represented and to have your claim put forward and fully pleaded together with compliance with the Court Procedure Rules which bind all parties in the conduct of Litigation in the Divisions of the High Court and County Court.

Peter has considerable experience in taking on cases before these courts.

Peter is committed to providing sound clear legal advice at a cost effective price.

He operates a half hour fixed fee interview where clients can receive guidance on their case to evaluate how best to proceed. Following the initial meeting, it may be possible to attend to your case without any further meetings but always keeping you fully informed about the progress of your claim.
